Dish end shrik machine
1, Technical requirements:
1) The designed rigidity of the machine tool can reach the shrink processing of 8mm thick carbon steel head;
2) Before the dish is shrinked, there must be a pressing device to press the dish. The pressing cylinder support is of gantry structure, and the rigidity is required to meet the requirements of the national standard;
3) The head spinning shrink adopts the structure that the workpiece does not rotate and the spinning shrink wheel rotates. The spinning shrink adopts two spinning wheels with power devices to clamp the workpiece for shrink forming,
4) The tray and pressing die are equipped with anti scratch devices;
5) The installation mode of the equipment operation panel is cantilever type, with an operation height of about 1600mm and a rotatable angle of more than 180 °, which can be used for manual operation and automatic online operation conversion. The fuselage has an emergency stop button;

2, Workflow:
Manually (or robot) transport the head from the conveying line to the "die of shrink machine" -- press the start button and the machine enters the processing state -- the pressing cylinder descends -- after pressing the workpiece -- the spinning wheel starts to rotate around the shrink and clamp the workpiece for shrink -- the shrink is completed -- the pressing cylinder retracts (rises) -- the robot or manually removes the dish – end
3, Equipment configuration requirements:

Delta series PLC control, plus Delta (or weinview) touch screen, simple operation and stable performance. The machine body is equipped with emergency stop buttons, which are respectively arranged in the control box and the machine, and equipped with leakage protection appliances. PLC expansion space is reserved in the electrical cabinet (the number of PLC input / output control points shall be no less than 5 points each). The relay adopts Schneider brand. The touch screen can display the manual, automatic setting, parameter setting, fault display, historical data, operation status during necking and other information
