Technical proposal and quotation
The Variable pressure vacuum drying equipment is manufactured by our company according to the German expert J The drying principle proposed by Dr. Moore (DR, MOLL) is developed based on our experience in the design and manufacture of vacuum drying equipment. The equipment is mainly used for drying the bodies of oil immersed transformers, transformers and capacitors, which can reduce the drying time by 40~50% compared with conventional vacuum drying. It is a process equipment with reliable performance, high efficiency and energy saving.
According to the requirements of the company and in combination with the design specifications of our company's variable pressure drying equipment, the following technical proposal is hereby formulated:
The equipment is used for the drying treatment of transformers or other electrical products with a voltage level of 110KV or below. Party B shall guarantee the process requirements and quality requirements for product treatment, and provide process treatment schemes and relevant control procedures for three voltage levels, namely 110KV, 33KV and 11KV.
This set of equipment has the following technical features:
1. It has a reasonable vacuum system design, and enough condensate is discharged from the condenser to effectively avoid water pollution to the vacuum pump during drying.
2. The rotary vane vacuum pump adopts environment-friendly vacuum pump, and the smokeless treatment can be directly discharged indoors.
3. During the heating process, according to the different temperature of the body, the pressure in the vacuum tank is periodically reduced to a certain value by automatic pressure alternation, creating the most appropriate conditions for the evaporation of water in the insulation of the body, so that the water evaporation process in the drying process is in a reasonable state.
4. The equipment can effectively solve the rust problem of iron core in the drying process through the adjustment of variable pressure drying process.
5. The automation level of the equipment and the processing technology level of the products can reach the domestic advanced level, and the quality of the processed products can reach the level of the superior products in the industry.
6. This equipment can ensure the safety of production and use.

2,Site requirements (provided by Party A) and the cooperation Party A needs to provide:
Rated power: 215kW, 380V, 50Hz, three-phase, power supply connected to Party B's electrical control cabinet
Cooling water: pressure>0.1MPa, circulating water tank>8m3.
Equipment floor area: 8500 × 8800mm (width x depth, excluding the position of the trolley), pit: 8800 × 8500 × 428mm (length x width x depth, equipment to be confirmed based on the foundation drawings provided by Party B)
Compressed air: 0.4-0.6Mpa, consumption 0.2 m3/min
3,Composition, structural requirements and technical parameters of each system
3.1,Vacuum drying tank:
3.1.1 Effective dimensions inside the drying tank: 7000 × 4500 × 4500mm (length × width × height, transformer size can be loaded above the trolley surface).
Internal dimensions of the drying tank body: 7150 × 4900 × 5150mm (length × width × height)
Dimensions of the drying tank body: 8035 × 5740 × 5730mm (length × width × height)
The effective height inside the drying tank refers to the height from the load-bearing flat car inside the tank to the top and inner wall of the tank. It is horizontal, and the tank door is electrically moved and electrically opened (single door) with hydraulic locking. The tank door is opened from a 4500 × 4500mm surface
3.1.2. The maximum vacuum degree in the cold state is ≤ 50Pa, and the time to pump the vacuum tank to 100Pa in the cold state is ≤ 60 minutes. The empty load cold state leakage rate is ≤ 200Pa · L/S (measured within the range of 50Pa-720Pa).
3.1.3. The tank is heated by a heat transfer oil discharge pipe on all four sides.
3.1.4. The exterior of the tank is insulated with rock wool and armored with color steel plates. The maximum temperature on the outer surface shall not be higher than the ambient temperature by 25 ℃ (according to national standards).
3.1.5. The sealing ring of the tank flange is a high-temperature resistant and long-life shaped sealing ring, with an effective service life of more than 2 years. The tank sealing flange will not deform after long-term use.
3.1.6 Provide a trolley with dimensions of 6.8 × 4.3M, height ≤ 0.35M, and a load-bearing capacity of 50T. The trolley can carry large transformers (weighing 50T, with three supports) and withstand high temperatures inside the vacuum tank. The trolley adopts an electric traction head for easy entry and exit of the tank.
3.2 Hot air circulation system (with heater)
3.2.1. Internal circulation fan: 1 unit, speed: 12000 m ³/h
3.2.2. Exhaust fan speed: 800 m ³/h

3.2.4. The heater is 27KW between the circulating fan and the pneumatic valve.
3.2.5 Air duct refers to the gap between the inner wall of the tank and the steel plate. The heating duct is located inside the air duct.
3.2.6. The internal circulation fan is heat-resistant and equipped with a motor. The air pressure and velocity are 250Pa and 2000m ³/h, respectively.
3.2.7 Pneumatic butterfly valves are used as vacuum valves.
3.2.8 There is a filter on the duct of the intake fan.
3.2.9. The external exhaust built-in fan is cooled by cooling water

3.4, vacuum system

3.4.2,The main valve of vacuum system shall be high reliability and high fidelity pneumatic main valve, and the system shall also be equipped with pneumatic valve, electromagnetic vent valve, pressure sensor, vacuum pipeline and various accessories.
3.4.3,The gas extracted from the tank must be cooled and dewatered by the condenser.

3.5,Low temperature condensation system
3.5.1 One horizontal condenser is used to condense the gas water extracted from the vacuum tank, and has the function of manual drainage without damaging the vacuum.
3.5.2 Stainless steel tubes with excellent heat transfer performance shall be used as condenser condenser tubes.
3.5.3 The system is equipped with a low temperature water chiller to provide 10 ℃ low temperature water to ensure a good condensing effect of the condenser.
3.6,Two sets of heating system
3.6.1. This equipment adopts electric heating method for heating, with two sets of 72KW heaters. Thermal oil is used as a circulating heating medium. The total heating power is 144kw, and the temperature control accuracy is ≤± 3 ℃.
3.6.2. This system consists of an electric heating center, high-temperature pipeline pumps, filters, high-temperature valves, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, pipelines, and accessories. All heating pipelines within the equipment range are armored with SUS430 cold plates, painted, and insulated with rock wool pipes.
3.7,Pneumatic pipeline system
3.7.1 Provide air supply for pneumatic valves within the scope of equipment.
3.7.2 The system consists of 0.2m3 air compressor, air source triplet, pipeline, valve, etc.
3.7.3 Working pressure 0.4-0.6Mpa.
3.8,Cooling water system
3.8.1 The vacuum system is cooled by independent circulating cooling water, which is composed of air-cooled chiller, pressure gauge, filter, valve and pipeline.
3.8.2 The cooling water system is controlled separately. If the cooling water pressure is insufficient, the alarm will be given in the main control system.
3.9 Hydraulic system
3.9.1 It is used to lock the tank door.
3.9.2 The system consists of hydraulic station, 4 groups of hydraulic cylinders, pipelines, valves, etc.
3.10,Measurement and control system (touch screen)
3.10.1 Integrated electric control cabinet. Two modes of automatic control and manual operation are provided.
3.10.2 As the main control element, the programmable controller+touch screen can execute the variable pressure drying process and has the following functions:
Detection, display and storage of temperature and vacuum.
The touch screen controls and displays the process flow chart and the operation status of each equipment unit.
During the drying process, select the process parameters according to the specifications of the products to be treated, and change the process parameters as required.
Interlock and interlock between pumps and valves.
Realize alarm device for insufficient air pressure and water pressure.
Automatically execute the drying process.
Automatically judge the drying end point.
3.10.4 Mitsubishi programmable controller (Mitsubishi FX series PLC) can automatically complete the control of variable pressure drying process.
3.10.5 Digital vacuum gauge shall be used for vacuum measurement.
3.10.6 Two sets of Yuguang digital display temperature controllers are used for temperature control, and the temperature control accuracy is ± 3 ℃.
3.10.7 Solid state relay is adopted as the main control element of temperature.
3.10.8 Other control components shall be products of domestic and foreign high-quality brands.
